We will prepare and serve fresh ingredients delivered directly from Toshi Market.There are plenty of Miyagi and Sendai specialties that go perfectly with alcohol, including charcoal-grilled sasakama (fish fillet), thick-sliced charcoal-grilled beef tongue, grilled half-portion of Atka mackerel, grilled half-portion of Kinka mackerel, and fried oysters from Sanriku.
